General Counsel and Executive Vice President of Mergers & AcquisitionsAviv has served as General Counsel since June 2018 and expanded the role with his appointment as Executive Vice President of Mergers & Acquisition in December 2022 to focus on the company’s M&A strategies. He is a skilled international business lawyer with an established 28-year track record both in Israel and New York, handling cross-border transactions and litigations. Mr. Hillo is also an experienced executive and investor across a variety of industries, including defense technology, real estate, biotechnology, mobile apps, and internet marketplace platforms.

Chief Financial OfficerMichael joins Blink following nearly a decade with NV5 Global, where he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Rama held various accounting and finance roles with AV Homes, Inc. (formerly known as Avatar Holdings, Inc.), including Principal Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer, and Controller.

Before joining Blink, Harjinder was CTO at Engie Storage and Founder and VP of Software Engineering at ChargePoint, an EV charging infrastructure company.

Chief Operating OfficerMike is a seasoned automotive executive who brings more than 25 years of automotive and technology experience to Blink with deep connections throughout the auto industry. As COO, Mike oversees Blink’s sales, business development and all aspects of operations, playing a vital role in the Company’s expansion in the U.S. and globally. Prior to this role, Siddhartha served as Sr. Director of Operations since 2022, following Blink’s acquisition of SemaConnect, where he had served since 2015 as an engineer and operations director. Prior to the acquisition, he was responsible for managing field services, design services, production, and supply chain for the EV charging manufacturer.
